This comfortable room has everything you need for a great living space. It comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, bedside table, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, with windows facing the front of the house for plenty of natural light. The room also has its own private bathroom right beside it, exclusively for your use.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly male housemates in their early to mid-twenties, both working and studying at the University of Sydney. The house features a cozy living room with a TV, laundry with a washer and dryer, internet, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and a spacious backyard for relaxing.

WiFi is available but not included in the rent, and bills are split equally among housemates. It’s the perfect place for someone looking for a comfortable, convenient home!

Not on the main road, near the 470 route, a 7-min walking distance to The University of Sydney, cafes and restaurants around the corner.
