About the occupants
I'm Tim. I'm 45 and work standard office hours as a professional. I like the household to be quiet and a sanctuary. I have lived in the apartment for about the past nine years but will be subletting my room with the permission of the landlord as I now work outside of Sydney. Rob and I have lived together for the past year and love being friends and flatmates. It’s important to us both that the apartment is drug and party free.

Rob is 43 and lives in the master bedroom. He works full time as a producer for an entertainment company and is often away interstate for work. So you will have the place to yourself a lot. Rob can work long hours during the week and likes to relax on the weekends and after work. He has an active social life and loves going to the gym.
Compatible people
We would prefer to live with another gay male. Someone mature minded, house trained and financially responsible who is in full time employment is essential. We would like to be friends as well as flatmates. The space would suit someone sociable who is happy to chat at the end of the day but who also knows when to be independent at the right time. I'm asking anyone interested in living in the apartment to submit a formal tenancy application (just like the agents) so I know who is living here. The move in date is fairly negotiable. Please send me a message to arrange a time to meet and see the beautiful apartment.
