Room available for rent in 3 bedroom Paddington apartment. Bedroom is unfurnished, rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Large built in wardrobes, with storage above. Private ensuite and car space in garage. Large balcony across the front of the apartment, and a courtyard out the back which gets lots of sun!

5 min walk to Rushcutters Bay park and Edgecliff station. 10 minute walk to Five Ways and 15 minutes to Double Bay.

A couple currently live in this room with my partner, there is lots of space and plenty of storage!

You would be living with two girls in late 20’s both in corporate jobs. They are super fun and chilled!
