I have three split-level, loft-rooms available for private (non-shared) rent to an individual, for twin-share, or to a couple.

Groups looking to live together are welcome to enquire for multiple rooms.

Loft room 1 $300pw plus bills

Loft room 2 $300pw plus bills

Loft rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom.

Loft room 3, queen with private ensuite, $350pw plus bills.

Unlimited home-internet connection is included in the rent.

Each room has an AC unit for heating & cooling.

Off street parking available.

Large new kitchen with gas stove-top, new ovens, dishwasher etc, which are shared.

Laundry with clothes washer & dryer.

No pets.

Smoking outside.

Public Transport:
Light Rail - Dulwich Grove 700metres / 10mins walk.
Bus - 428, 428X, & 445 bus stop outside the house / 0mins walk.
Train - Lewisham Station 1km / 15mins walk; Dulwich Hill Station 1.6km / 22mins walk.
