The apartment 🏠 :
The apartment is situated along New South Head Road. It’s spacious, sunny (north-facing), complete with a balcony and gorgeous harbour views out to Clark Island. There are friendly local birds (lorikeets, cockatoos, crested pigeons) that regularly visit.
The apartment is fitted with a recently renovated kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher. There is heating and cooling in the living room, as well as the biggest and comfiest couch you’ve ever lounged on.

3 min walk to the iconic Redleaf harbour pool

About Javi: Javi is a 31 year old young professional, loves acroyoga & outdoor exercise. He’s originally from Spain, works in renewable energy and loves cooking his monthly Paella Special on Sundays.
About Georgia: Georgia is 33 and works in music. She’s originally a country girl (Victoria) but has lived in Canberra, Melbourne and spent 5 years in Berlin. She’s creative and has music and photography projects. She enjoys art, music, theatre, travelling, hiking and getting to know Sydney.
Open to singles or a couple!
We are looking for a young professional (~27 to 37), someone who is easy-going, reliable and familiar with share-house living. We’re not a party house but we do enjoy hosting dinner parties with friends. We’re open to sharing meals together and maybe going out or having adventures together if that’s the vibe!
Unfortunately no pets are allowed, and non-smokers are preferred.
