Description of the home

The flat is a spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom first floor apartment in a quiet Darlo building that feels like an oasis that is absolutely not in the heart of Sydney. It is fully furnished, including the bedroom. The living and kitchen spaces are large and have everything you need including a coffee machine and Apple TV. I have a washing machine and dryer in the property. The balcony is huge and stretches to each end of the apartment.

The building is located 15min walk to the CBD, 5min walk to Kings Cross train station and is super close to buses, Taylor’s Square and St Vincent’s Hospital. It is a lovely building with a good group of neighbours and a pool!

Note that I am the tenant on the lease, so you would be subleasing from me.

Hi :) I’m Luke. I’m looking for a perfect fit for me and Theo, my 6 year old cat and your new best friend.

I’m 26, from rural NSW and work full time as a lawyer in the CBD. When I am not working, most nights I will either be swimming or heading to a gym class. When I am home you will probably find me cooking, reading, watching tv or just lazing about. I usually go to bed relatively early. On the weekends I tend to be a homebody but also like to get out and about in Darlo/Potts, head to the beach, go op-shopping, hang out with friends or a combination of all of the above. I’ll do a night out now and then, but most of the time, I like to keep it pretty low key.

My hobbies and interests include cooking, exercising, drag race (all variants), keeping up with news and politics, art, swimming, music and reading. También estoy aprendiendo español :)

It would be ideal to live with someone around my age with a similar routine and who I can be friends with. I like my own space but also enjoy being able to have someone around that I get along easily with, can chat to and hang out with. Description of pets
My cat Theo is very friendly. He is well-trained and loves nothing more than sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, sleeping in various locations and cuddling up to whoever is on the couch. It’s likely that he will decide you two are friends before you do, so it’s important that you can live with a cat.
