Sadly my flatmate is moving overseas so I’m looking for new one.
This Art Deco residence is freshly painted with new carpet. Kitchen and bathroom are not massive but neat. It has nice balcony. It is located just one block from Oxford Street and an easy walk to the CBD.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I have corporate full time job, working standard hours 9-5, WFH 2-3 days a week. I usually stay in my bedroom when I work from home. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week after work. I like to get out of the house on weekends to catch up with friends.
