About occupants
You will be sharing the apartment with me. I have corporate full time job, working standard hours 9-5, WFH 2-3 days a week. I usually stay in my bedroom when I work from home. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week after work. I like to get out of the house on weekends to catch up with friends. I consider myself as a social person but a place I live in is where I recharge my batteries, so I don’t usually host big parties. My area of interest: acting and film making (when I have time).
Compatible people
I am looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, clean and tidy. It would be a bonus to become friends over the time, but hey, you can't force such things.
Since I am looking for another homo, it's worth mentioning Grindr's rendezvous: whatever and whoever you do in your room is none of my business. I am ok with you bringing a boy after a night out once in a while, just keep it reasonably quiet and don't have 3 random visitors in the middle of the night on Wednesday. If you're dating, I am not expecting your BF to live with us 3 days/nights a week - this place is cozy but not big enough for more than 2 people.
If there is something that is not working for both of us in our living arrangement, I expect honest and open conversation about that to sort things out.
