Description of the home
Perfectly located sunlit terrace. Not your normal share house, it’s a home. Filled with beautiful (comfortable) furniture and unique artworks.
Our three story home with a private courtyard, the perfect spot to enjoy the sun while readying a book or entertaining (we have a BBQ for that). The house is fully furnished and has a completely equipped kitchen (inclusive of microwave, gas stove, etc). We have one and a half bathrooms, which are shared amongst the three housemates.
The room size allows for desk space but we are also happy for the possible new housemate to set up a work from home area in the ground floor should that be needed.
We have a laundry room in the back yard that contains the laundry/dryer.
About the room, it comes furnished including mattress; this room has a direct access to a half bathroom (unofficially a private bathroom since the other housemate doesn't use it) and incredible natural light.
The house is located just walking distance from the CBD and supermarkets. William and Oxford Street are just two blocks away. The famous Stanley Street with fabulous bars and restaurants only a quick one minute walk away.
In terms of public transport bus stops to all popular Eastern Beaches and city are just a few minutes walk away. Located just 8 min walk from Museum and Kings Cross Station and 15 minutes to town hall.

If you drive there is the option to get a resident parking permit sorted which allows on the street parking in the area.

I am Clau, originally from South America. I love all things art and work in the fashion industry. While not a party person I do enjoy music gigs as well as sharing food and wine with friends.
The other housemate is Stu, he is a lawyer, he works also 9-5 and enjoys sports.
There is a little cat named Tabi, she mostly keeps to herself in my room.
We are tidy and easy-going, so we looking for like minded person to share a home with.
We love having a nice glass of wine while having a chat and the occasional barbecue but we are also respectful and mindful of people's privacy. This is not a party house. We like being social while giving one another the space to relax and unwind.

We don't smoke, but we don't mind smokers as long as it is done not indoors or around the laundry in the courtyard.
