Perfectly located between the CBD and Eastern beaches - only 10 minutes walk to Edgecliff train/bus station, Rushcutters Bay and ferry stops close by.

The apartment is super charming - a light, bright, airy place to relax - the photo’s don’t do it justice! Your bedroom comes partially furnished with wardrobe, desk, and built-in cupboard (items can be moved too)- all you need is a bed! There’s a great kitchen so I'm all for sharing the occasional meal together :)

The building is in the best location, with no noisy traffic, walking distance to everywhere (shops, cafes, bars/restaurants, public transport etc) and has a nice little community.
