We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Darling Point.

The room is available from 10 July. No pets or couples sorry!

🚗CAR PARKING: All-day, free street parking is available on Darling Point Road. Unlike other suburbs in the east, there are ample parking spaces available. Never have had any issues getting a park.

-500m from Darling Point ferry wharf and a short walk to Edgecliff train station (2 stops from CBD)

You'll be living with two people - me (Camilla, 33) - and my boyfriend Angus (37).
We both work in corporate jobs in finance/investments, love fitness and being social on weekends, as well as relaxed nights in
On weekdays we're pretty low key and like cooking/relaxing on the couch, plus enjoying the odd wine (or 2). We both work from the office full-time (rarely ever work from home).

We're looking for a housemate with similar interests that we can have laugh with, enjoy a wine and are clean, respectful (and non-smoker).
