Light-filled 3 bedroom apartment in Coogee. It has a modern kitchen and the living areas and bathroom are in good condition. Both the kitchen and living rooms are quite large and there is an internal laundry, bathroom and separate toilet.
The balcony receives sun all day and is great for anyone who likes the rugby, cricket and just relaxing in the sun.
The apartment is located half a block from Coogee beach (which can be seen from the balcony) and over looks Coogee oval.
Although the apartment is 3 bedroom I’m only filling one room.
