The smaller of the two but definitely still a large room. No sunroom but this room faces east so you get glorious morning light streaming in. It’s also in the middle of the apartment so it's nice and quiet. Option to purchase the wardrobe and bed frame pictured (plus mattress if wanted), but otherwise will come unfurnished.

Fully furnished, large, bright, top-floor apartment with high ceilings, brand spanking new bathroom and two of the biggest bedrooms you’ll find in the Eastern Suburbs. Separate toilet means no battles for the bathroom - toilet also gets glorious morning sunshine, which is a strange selling point, but seriously look at it. Lounge room TV comes with almost every streaming option known to man but if you have more to add to the collection that's strongly encouraged. 5min walk to Coogee Beach and a stone’s throw away from Gordon’s Bay and The Spot. Easy access to the bus and light rail for Bondi Junction & the city, soo easy the bus stop is right at the front door. Also close to café’s, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants - the LOT, plus Strong Pilates, Coogee Diggers and RCVRI for all your fitness needs. Surrounding streets have free all-day parking, we’ve never struggled to find a spot with two cars. No pets 🥲, smokers or couples. Electricity, internet and monthly cleaner are all split evenly. No internal laundry but we have 4 brand new washers and dryers in the shared laundry across the hall.

Izzy (33 – she/her) – I’m from Sydney and I work in advertising as a producer full time. I love going to the beach, music gigs and socialising with friends. I’m reliable, responsible and respectful of the people I live with - this is an inclusive LGBTQIA+ household. I tend to cook separately due to my schedule but not opposed to sharing the odd house dinner and am always down for a good chat, a wine or watching a show/movie together. Current obsession is Bad Sisters – IYKYK.
