Two bedroom 2nd story apartment located in the inner west suburb of Concord. Just a short drive to the city (approximately 20 mins), central to public transport with a bus stop directly out the front of the complex and a short walk to your choice of shops; Westfield Burwood which is on the same street or Concord Coles on Majors Bay Road. There are 3 buses that can take you to either of these shops also. The bus 410 goes all the way from Macquarie Park to Hurstville. Burwood train station is a 15 minute walk from the complex or a 5 minute bus ride. The complex consists of 12 Units, stair entry with no lift. There is secure parking in the garage of the complex which is a private tandem garage so if you have two cars you can fit both with your own private lock to the garage. The apartment overlooks a green glossy football field with incredible sunrises. Ducted air conditioning throughout the house.
