Built in the late 90's, can't really beat the location, short walk to Redfern or central station, like 5 minutes away from the universities. And honestly surprisingly large for the price.
You get your own little balcony in your bedroom which is pretty rad
The housemates is just me(some tradie, who yeah, down for a small chat but honestly doesn't really care about what you do) and bandit( 5 year old cavalier who probably just wants to watch you eat)
