I currently have two rooms available in a share house in Chatswood/ North Willoughby. One is available now and the other on March 25. Wooden floorboards throughout, and spacious rooms. Large lounge room, dining area and full kitchen. The house is off the street so it is nice and quiet. The house is fully furnished. Bills and internet are included in the rent.
I have lived here since 2014 and have an ongoing lease.
Close to Harris Farm Markets, Woolworths, and a brilliant bakery. There are several gyms within a 3 minute walk. A short walk to buses to the city, Chatswood, North Sydney, and Manly. There are also some nice bushwalks nearby.
It is a quiet house definitely not a party house. I am looking for professionals or students. Prefer someone long term.
Rent is $350 a week plus two weeks bond. No couples please. Room is available now.
