Description of the home

we are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom of the Villa we just moved in to. Our 3 bedroom villa comes with a kitchen, with a dishwasher, microwave, convection stove, a fridge, and other appliances. We have a specious dining space and a lounge room which still needs to be furnished, however furniture will be added very soon. There are 2 bathrooms, with a washer and dryer included in one of them (as well as a shower in each bathroom). There is a split system AC, all bed rooms have their own AC, as well as one in the dining room.

If you have a car, we have a single car garage that is not being used, as well as driveway space. Our backyard has an outdoor table included with some chairs.

Our house is a 3 minute bus ride from castle hill station (the bus stop is right outside our street), or a 15-17 minute walk. Across the road from the metro station is Castle Towers. Because of this, our house is a very convenient location for traveling on the metro and getting groceries from the shops.

This villa is a 14 month lease which started on the 4th of December 2024. If you wish to live with us, you will also become part of the lease. The rent is $250/week, utilities are not included.

About occupants
Miguel and Manuela are university students in their early 20’s who recently moved into this 3 bedroom villa. We still need to find one more person to join the lease with us and occupy the third bedroom. As we recently moved in, we still need to get dining room and lounge room furniture, but we will take care of that for you.

A bit about us, we both go to Macquarie university and became friends through uni. Manuela is currently working in hospitality and has grown up in Sydney, and Miguel is from the Philippines and came to Sydney to focus on his studies.

Miguel likes spending time at the gym and occasionally goes out to see his friends. Manuela loves going to concerts with friends, but also enjoys some quiet time at home.
