The bond is to cover if you move out, then I would want 4 weeks notice and you just don't pay anything for the last 4 weeks.

Hi, the time has come to find a housemate to share the costs. I live in a little 2 bedroom house. It has just been me and my daughter. My daughter has her own place nearby and is on DSP (mental health), she does still come here regularly to sleep over, sometimes once a week, sometimes a few times. I'm moving my bed into her room (the larger room) and buying her a loft bed for nights she feels like crashing here. I have 2 little dogs and a cat. I like seeing live bands and I don't mind a beer or a wine, even a cocktail sometimes. I love cooking and sharing. I love art. I'm clean but can occasionally have a messy week or day. I think a woman around 30 to 65 would probably be the best fit to the place but honestly it's all about whether we gel or not. I work M-F in Lidcombe.
