SUBLET IN TRANQUIL PALACE, NEWTOWN Jan 15th - Feb 26th 2025

Above the treetops on the top floor of a terrace house in Newtown, lay a beautifully open, furnished room with balcony and ensuite. The room also has aircon.

I am looking to sublet my room from whilst I go travelling. I am looking for someone to fill the whole term however am flexible with dates.

The room would suit someone who is not a light sleeper, as noise travels in the house quite easily. I however feel I acclimated super quickly!

The house is equipped with large lounge room, courtyard, domestically inclined super-kitchen stuffed with all of the equipment for an avid chef/baker. There are three bathrooms in the house and all streaming services. A washer/dryer machine for those with ample free time who don’t enjoy the catharsis of a washing-line hang.

For those interested, we have basically all desired kitchenware.

The two housemates you would be residing with are in their 30s and have a zillion interests.

Queer friendly is a must.
House trained is a must.
Leftie/green a plus.
