A beautifully located, wide property in the heart of Newtown (technically Camperdown) that has a sun drenched backyard as well as a spacious lounge room and dining room (looking to be decorated). We are a 5 minute walk to king st, the station as well as a bus stop directly to the city across the road. The toilet is separate to the shower, with additional laundry accompanied with a washing machine. We have hallway runners and rugs in each room to bring some warmth in the cooler months and want to decorate the house more.

About the occupants
We’re looking for someone who is pretty chill, ideally between 25-35 and prioritises having a nice home. Clean and considerate. The house is a little bland right now, so an interest in helping decorate would be a bonus as we want to freshen up the vibe more
Shri (30): Works full-time and enjoys playing video games, drawing, cooking and going out. Does shift work so is on a rotating schedule, but generally seen making Asian food/ soups in the kitchen.
Storm (30): I study full-time, enjoy making music, drawing and going for runs with the dog. I’m very busy during the uni semester and try to stay very active.
Gus (3): in July, Gus will be 3. He is packed with love and wants to cuddle all the time. He goes on 3x5km runs each week with walks in between those. He sleeps with me (Storm) and generally hangs out with me, but loves to say hello when people walk in. He will find his toys and get you to chase him.
