Bronte Double bedroom with super king sized bed available OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR to single person or couple from 19th November to January 5th. Bills included. Minimum stay 5 weeks. Can arrange a few extra days either side if needed.

The apartment boasts incredible views over Bronte beach and the ocean, being only a few minutes walk to the beach.
The apartment has an open living/kitchen space which opens up onto a large balcony area, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and garden which has been set up with gym equipment and entertainment area. I also have an ice bath on the balcony for you to use.

The room has patio doors opening up onto the balcony, 2 x chest of drawers and a desk for WFH. It has foldable doors closing it off, separating it from the living room/dining area. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The apartment is the lower ground of a house and the owner lives above so you will share the steps down to the apartment with the him and his family. They are a quiet family and in general keep themselves to themselves unless we bump into them on occasion.

We are a quiet apartment and are looking for someone respectful and quiet to fill the room for the time available. Ideally would be suitable for someone who is looking to explore the area and looking for quiet time in the evening.

You will be sharing the space with a considerate, full-time working guy from Uruguay. He rarely uses the living area, as he is out of the apartment most of the time.

This is a peaceful apartment and we take care of it so please ask that you also do the same :)

Our apartment is on Macpherson street close to the beach (350m), Woolworths metro (300m) and there are nearby cafes and restaurants on Macpherson st and near the beach. We are just off the Bondi to Coogee coastal path. There is always parking on the road in front of the property.

We have steps going down to and up from the apartment.

About the occupants
Your flatmate for the duration is a considerate and happy guy from Uruguay who works full time (sometimes 6 days a week) and is very sociable so is out of the apartment most of the time.

He enjoys going to the gym, eating healthily, being at the beach and socialising with friends. He likes sports and loves to chat but also respects your personal space and privacy.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone (or couple) who is friendly, respectful of the space and our flatmate and won't be in the apartment all the time. We are not a party apartment and we are very considerate of the owner's peace upstairs so ask that you do the same.
