The room is spacious, very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes, it also has easy access to the city and has easy and frequent transportation. It's close to Rockdale Station, which is just a 20-minute train ride from the city. There is a bus stop right outside the door with buses leaving every 10 minutes to the station.

The apartment has a large kitchen, it is spacious, it has a balcony, a washing machine, kitchen utensils and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.
