Description of the home

My amazing flatmate is moving out on 16th January, so I’m looking for someone to take her place. I highly value a quiet, peaceful home that’s clean and tidy—a space to relax and recharge.

The property is a standalone granny flat/house tucked away at the back of a section. It’s modern, peaceful, and comes with its own little backyard—perfect for unwinding.

The room is unfurnitshed. It can fit a double bed, side table and desk. Or a queen bed with no desk.

Location:

Bus stop just down the road with routes to Eastgardens, Mascot, and Redfern train station.
6-minute drive to Westfield Eastgardens.
15-minute drive to local beaches like Maroubra, Malabar, and Little Bay.
15-20 minutes to the airport.
Plenty of street parking available.
Rent:

Rent $350 per week, internet and shared household items is an extra $20 per week. Power is split evenly when the bill arrives. Bond $700.

Ideal Flatmate:

Considerate, friendly, clean, tidy, and organised.
Respects the shared space by cleaning up after themselves and contributes to the weekly chores.
Loves cats (or at least likes them!) as I have a ragdoll x Siamese cat named Tinkerbell. She’s very affectionate, loves cuddles, and is quite vocal—she’ll definitely chat with you!
Non-smoker, no drugs, and someone who has left their party days behind them.
No couples, please. Preference for a female flatmate.
