Hi guys I am moving out at the end of April. I am looking for someone for a tenancy swap. The house is a 5 person shared house and the room available is a single slot in a twin room. There are currently 5 of us in the house. I go to UNSW and it only takes 25 minutes using the 390x. It is also really close to bondi beach and the CBD. The House is a 5 minute walk from Bondi Junction. All the people in it are a super nice chill group. There is a large kitchen and good sitting room and a dining room table. There are two sofas as we brought the large corner ones that you can see in the pictures. The space available is the Bed in the corner of the twin room with a blue throw on by the window. My current room mate is a 21yr old British guy who also studies at who is a lovely person. There are also large floor to ceiling wardrobes down the left wall so plenty of storage space. It is fully furnished.
