Description of the home
The apartment is located in North Bondi, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach itself. Bondi markets, Woolworths as well as all other shops, cafes and restaurants surround us, and the bus stop for the 333/380 is just down the street.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, modern and spacious. There is also off-street parking, which is free all day parking in places - definitely one of the more favourable spots to park in Bondi.
The bedroom on offer has aircon and built in wardrobe. We have a laundry cabinet for the dryer and washing machine, a living room with an open kitchen (incl. dishwasher & gas cooker) which offers multiple storage cupboards.
The living space & each room has an air con unit/ heater and ceiling fans- which is great to have throughout the seasons and ideal with keeping the rooms cool in the summer.
