Hi everyone,

I’m renting out my bedroom in an amazing two-bedroom flat in Bondi Beach.

Literally 30 seconds from the beach or even less.

From Saturday, 7th December 2024 - to Saturday, 11th January 2025 (five weeks in total).

Details as follows:

🏝️ - 30 seconds walk to Bondi Beach and shops, bars, clubs, etc as flat is at Campbell Parade frontline;

🎉- Insane party vibes, very vibrant atmosphere and perfect location if you want to chill on the beach, go partying, go shopping, surfing or just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and nature;

🚍 - 1 minute walk to the bus stop for 333, 380, 379 to get you to Bondi Junction or the CBD and 2 min walk from the famous Bondi Icebergs swimming pool;

🛍️ - 10 minute drive to Bondi Junction;

👫🏽 - Ideally suitable for one person, but happy to negotiate and consider couples as well.

Fully furnished bedroom and flat:

- Subletting my bedroom with a built in wardrobe, a desk and a chair in the room.

- Communal Bathroom (Sharing only with my housemate who is a super nice, tidy and friendly girl);

- Kitchen with all appliances needed provided;

- Front spacious living-room with a couch and a dining table;

- WiFi;

- Essentially, everything you need in a flat really to have a comfortable experience;

- All bills included;

- Communal laundry.

💴 - $2,750 for the whole period of 5 weeks (all bills included in this price) which is $550 a week;

💴 - $2,000 refundable bond/deposit
