Bright, sunny peaceful apartment in the heart of Bondi Beach. I'm looking to fill my spare room in a 2 Bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment.
I’m looking for an engaging person to share my home with, preferably someone clean, can hold a conversation & can add to that homely, relaxed feeling in the apartment. Also you must love dogs, as we will have a third wheel in the form of an overly friendly French Bulldog.
The room is a spacious, large queen bedroom with a mirrored built in wardrobe. Can be furnished with or without a queen bed.
Roscoe Street is a beautiful street in the middle of Bondi, 400m walking-distance from beach, 2min from cafes, restaurants and pubs.
The apartment is light and bright all day, which makes it really enjoyable to relax in.
*Prefer someone who does not work from home full time

You must be good with dogs, as I have a French Bulldog who is super friendly, fully house trained and loves company.
I am looking for housemates who are happy to make the apartment their home, clean, self-sufficient, but also likes to enjoy a chat or drink at the end of the day.
Would prefer someone who does not work full time from home, non-smoker and also not a party house.
