Hi there! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my beautiful and spacious apartment in Bondi Beach.
The apartment is ideally located on a quiet street between Bondi Junction and the beach (15min walking distance to both, proximity to the bus lines 379, 333 and 380).
The apartment is full of light and located on the last floor with an amazing view on Bondi beach!
Living room is very spacious, the kitchen is separated and includes a dishwasher. Laundry is also separated with a washing machine.
Bathroom includes both bathtub and shower. The room is a bit small but can easily fit a double or queen bed. The room comes unfurnished at the moment but I can furnish it for the right roommate if needed :) Room includes a built-in wardrobe. There is also an other closet in the living room that I'm happy to share if you are short on storage.
There is an outdoor couch, a high table with chairs and a BBQ. All you need to start summer!
Rent is exclusive of bills (electricity and wifi to add).
Ideal moving date is on the 10th of November.
No couples, no pet. Long term preferred.

I'm Justine, I'm 33, originally from France and I have been living in Sydney for 5 years. I have a full-time job in corporate development in an energy company and work from home once a week (might extend to two during summer!)
I'm easy-going, tidy and drama-free. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, I'm very active and go to the gym almost every day. I also enjoy cooking and watching a good movie.
Looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy. Social vibes but this is not a party house.
