Description of the home

We have the master bedroom + garage available in our 3 bedroom, apartment in Bondi. The apartment is quite spacious with a large living area with a brand new balcony and lift. You’ll be sharing with two girls (Ellie & Kirstie). Nick & Sophie are off travelling and looking to sublease our room for the entire 4 months (8th December-1st April).

The room is a sunny east facing Master bedroom with amazing views for $550 plus bills. The room comes furnished with a new King bed, large tall boy, air conditioning, large plasma TV with a chrome cast. The bedroom also includes an enclosed garage large enough to fit a UTE.

Bond is 4 weeks rent of $550

About us: Kirstie (27) Ellie (26). Kirstie works in marketing and is originally from Ireland and has been in Australia for a year. Ellie is from the Uk and works in Finance. Kirstie & Ellie both work full time and occasionally work from home a few days a week.

We all enjoy keeping active by going to the gym after work. On the weekends you will find us mostly out and about or having a few friends over for a drink on the balcony.

Throughout the week we will usually be home of the evening so will have dinner and binge watch the latest netflix tv show together, however we also like our own space and respect each other’s downtime.

About you: We are looking for an individual or couple who are working professionals, ideally aged in their mid-late twenties or early thirties that is friendly, clean, fun and have a good sense of humour. We want to make this place a home so looking for roommates with similar interests. The person/couple applying must stay for the whole period.
