He maintains the house / pool & garden & retired : look after 2 cats & an old dog : (good behave & nature)

Self employed 2 persons as contractor
1. Tim 57 run his own business /
2. Geoff 46 busy do his own thing & work as a tiler
3. Abhishek 30 from India, works nearby and quiet, keep to himself in his room& work, he taught well how to cook india vegetarian.
He is an engineer

Every occupants have their own private bedroom
Respectful, look after their own diet need And clean their own mess.

We share 3 fridges, 1 freezer & kitchen
2 washing machines & a dryer
Share foxtel TV.

An open kitchen & dinning area next to 1st Tv area
There are another set of Tv upstairs if choose different choices

The advertise’s room is in the first floor to share bathroom with Tim upstairs or with Geoff downstairs

There are 3 isolated rest area if needed time off from bedroom or Tv room
Also Bali hut outside look out to garden. There is a
Swimming pool for exercise & sauna if needed
There is a snooker table downstairs in lumpus room

If you are an early risen you can watch the sun rise at the back balcony.

In the evening the sun set at the front balcony you can admire on the first floor

The house locate in quiet street
Close to nature & track / bush walk
Walk to shop 15 mins
Walk to bus stop 10 mins

There is a cleaner come to clean house in common area every 2-3 weeks

Some time there are food gathering like birthday, special occasion

We learn to keep space to be harmony & peaceful.

Clean, tidy, respect other

Mac : groodle, well behave over 10 years old
Chelsea : ragdoll pretty, can be Nauty, lot of fun
