A kitchen (with all appliances, fridge, induction stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and pantry), a small sun room out the back with wide opening sliding doors that open for the wonderful summer breeze.

There is a gas heater and air conditioning (have not had to use the AC in summer as the house is so well insulated, keeping it cool for the hot days)

There is front loader washer/dryer fitted under the stairs with a sink for soaking those whites!

The bathroom is shared, but stunning with a pink sink, an open shower with dual shower heads and a beautiful bathtub for those self-care nights.

The parking is on the street, but a parking permit can be applied for if you have a car.

There are 2 beautiful parks, located at the bottom of the street.
- Thornton Park (with amazing views of North Sydney, Luna Park, the Harbour Bridge and Barangaroo Reserve)

- Illoura Reserve, which leads to Peacock Point (which also has amazing views of the city from Pyrmont and Darling Harbour to Barangaroo)
