Beautiful homely terrace
Our house truly feels like a home. Located on a gorgeous leafy street in Balmain. Our street is full of lovely people who have quickly become familiar friendly faces that make Balmain a great community to be a part of.
We have a spacious lounge and dining room full of art and books. We have a front and back courtyard. Two toilets and one bathroom.
Location:
Balmain is a beautiful, friendly suburb full of pubs, bars, cafes and parks. Pubs and cafes are all dog friendly and it has a great community vibe. We are located closer to Balmain East which is quieter, more leafy and surrounded by water. Many of the homes have lots of character and charm.
Public transport:
2 min walk to buses to go direct to city (QVB) and 2 min walk to the bus for ferry (Balmain east) or 8 minute walk to ferries to circular quay and Barangaroo.
Pubs, cafes, shops:
3 min walk to local pub the London.
1 minute walk to great coffee shop on the corner, Cafe Dyvoire and Ciao Thyme
1 minute walk to dry cleaner
1 minut walk to corner shop, papa joes - they have great flowers!
7 minute walk to East Village hotel
8 minute walk to the Fenwick - gorgeous harbour restaurant.
Room can be furnished / unfurnished but no additional furniture can be brought to the living/dining/kitchen as the house is already furnished!
