This apartment is on the top floor of a very friendly apartment complex (think neighbours group Whatsapp!) looking onto Ashfield Park and ample greenery. There's a balcony and more windows than walls :)

My beautiful housemate is leaving sunny Ashfield to move to Melbourne and me and my cat have a room available to rent.
It's an incredible sunny and bright apartment with floor boards (2-bed apartment) on the top floor of a 3 storey building. Sorry, there's no lift and therefore very sadly not wheelchair accessible.
We're located opposite Ashfield Park looking out onto loads of greenery from the balcony. Very peaceful vibes and friendly neighbours (think neighbours whatsapp chat and actually knowing your neighbours!). We get a delicious amount of sun in the afternoon streaming through the lounge room and there's also free unlimiated street parking (ample). Energy, gas and wifi bills are split.

I'm looking for a housemate for our househome 🙂

You'll be living with me, pronouns she/her queer 33 y.o femme, I work full-time in mental health and lead a sometimes social but peaceful life. I love a game of tennis, reading, having friends over for dinner, shared meals and creating a beautiful, safe, warm and inviting home together. I have a little cat named Monte who's a confident and friendly little tortoiseshell who loves our neighbours and is equally adored by them.
