This room is located in a beautiful townhouse with 2 sunny courtyards, 1.5 bath (shared with only 1 person - me!), open plan living / dining and located less than a 5 minute walk to Artarmon station and Pacific Highway buses. Plenty of untimed street parking is available.
Sorry, no pets, smokers or parties please (although you're more than welcome to have a few friends over from time to time).
