Description of the home
The unit is just off Botany Road and directly outside is a bus stop that heads into the city. It is a three bedroom unit, but one of the bedrooms will be occupied by two children for half the week (generally). There is a great rooftop with a BBQ. We have a 50sqm outdoor area with comfortable seating for entertaining. The place is furnished except for your room, but I am happy to arrange a bed if that helps. I work full time and am generally about looking after my boys, and working. I don't have people over much so it's not a very noisy environment (kids aside :)
