Looking for a housemate for this stunning 2 bed apartment in Alexandria!

You’d be taking over the sunny, dreamy master room which is HUGE! (See the layout, it’s the room and study combo - yes you get BOTH).

You’ll be living with one other housemate, me, Sarah (she/her) I am a queer, 38yo English teacher, and I have a gorgeous golden retriever called Remi who gets along so well with all other dogs and cats.

- One shared bathroom.
- Sunny balcony and small courtyard with a washing line.
- Separate laundry downstairs with washing machine.
- Sofa, TV, and fridge will all be here already.
- Walk to Erskineville station and shops.
- Walk to King Street.
- TWO seperate Woolies around the corner.
- LGBTQIA+ friendly.
- Pet friendly.
- $450 per week (half of the total which is $900 per week). Bills separate and split evenly.
-Open to couples, rent would be $550

This is a clean and peaceful home and will suit someone who is social and loves the odd wine and dinner, but is respectful and prefers to take the party elsewhere.

Note on accessibility: the apartment is up one flight of stairs and there is no lift.
