Room has 3m of inbuilt storage space and a lovely north facing garden outlook. A queen bed fits in the room.

The house has solar panels so electricity bills are much less than usual. Wifi is included in the rent and bills come to around $15-25 per week depending on the season (lower end in summer and higher end in winter).

My home is located very close to Palmwoods village (2min car, 10-15min walking) that has a SPAR (like IGA), gym, GP practices, cafes, specialty stores and a train station with regular services to Brisbane and Nambour. Closest bus stop is less than 5 min walk away with beautiful treed walking tracks in close proximity.

20mins drive to a variety of beaches and Maroochydore. 10mins to beautiful Montville and Nambour with all the bigger stores, supermarkets and Nambour General Hospital and Selangor. 25min to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Kawana.

My home is bright, light and spacious. I have aimed to make it an inviting space.
