I have one (potentially two) bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom home in Nirimba, Aura. I’m open to renting out the second room for the right house dynamic. There is room to make your own space in a share house with myself and a sociable staffy, Bunji. The room/s will be ready to move into towards the end of February, beginning of March. I’m happy to wait for the right person.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room / half bathroom. You have a choice between two rooms and primarily have the main bathroom to yourself, except for the occasional house guest. The house has a double garage, so there’s one parking spot available. The room can come furnished with a bed or unfurnished.

Occupants Description
Relevant information: I’m looking to create a zen space at home. I like to keep common living spaces clean. Wellness is a central theme in my daily routine. For this reason, I’m not looking to live with anyone who smokes cigarettes.
I’m open to sharing occasional or semi frequent meals depending on dietary preferences however, also happy to maintain independence here.
I’m an omnivert - both a social person and up for chats but like to balance this with alone time. Friends are welcome, but the home won’t be a party house.
For obvious reasons you must like dogs. Bunji is a bundle of personality and pure goodness that thrives as part of the household.
