The room itself is a queen size room with built in wardrobe and balcony access which you can set up as your own private space. Bedroom is unfurnished. Bathroom is modern, spacious and includes a shower and a bath with separate toilet. Bathroom will be shared with my other housemate only (I have an en-suite and there is a toilet downstairs for guests). There is also garage parking available.

Bills will be split equally between 3 people and include electricity (i have solar panels which help keep bills down), gas, water, internet and cleaner (every 3 weeks who cleans whole house). Bills are roughly $150 each per month
