I'm a Nutritionist and i spend my days mostly cooking healthy meals, or resting/studying in my room or on the sofa watching netflix as i have chronic pain and fatigue, so i have a calm home. I often spend weekends at my partners house or anytime i don't have my dogs. i share 50% custody of the dogs with my ex-husband.
I occasionally have girlfriends over in the evenings for boardgames and wine in the courtyard which you are welcome to join, but otherwise i don't have people over.
I often go with friends to play tennis, squash, pickleball, dance classes, walks and hikes with the dogs, beach days, quiz nights, craft nights etc. if that is your vibe you are welcome to join in.

The ideal housemate would like a relaxed and quiet home, keep regular working hours ( no shift work coming and going in the night or early hours). FIFO is ideal as i have my dogs 50% of the time and can have them when you are away, and will likley spend most of the other time at my partners home. Someone who is comfortable in shared living spaces, is friendly but happy to do their own thing. we don't need to chat every time we see each other. Strictly no smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, loud music, parties, frequent guests. I am reasonable with having guests visit, having groups etc occasionally is totally fine. but it is a small space to share and i am looking to rent a single occupancy room, so daily guests is not reasonable for the living space.
Description of pets
Winne 4 and Walter 2 are miniature cavoodles and hypoallergenic, i keep their coats short. I have them 50% of the time.
They are house trained and have access to the courtyard with pet door. i take them out of the house for exercise most days. They mostly sleep, wrestle each other or play with their toys. They will sit with you on the sofa or your bed if you leave your room door open. They are very sweet and loving and mostly chill, however they are high alert dogs and will bark if someone comes to the front door or is making noises in neighbouring back yards. They will settle quickly if you attend to them and calm them down with their trained commands. If you are used to dogs and comfortable giving their trained commands you will enjoy their company. They will solicit you to throw the occasional ball or tug a rope if you are inclined.
