The rent for the house is $690, there are 4 bedrooms in the house but my partner uses one as an office.
My partner and myself are staying in one room and are looking for people close to our ages, we are 22 ans 24 to move into the other 2 rooms, we are happy with a couple or 2 singles as we can only have 4 people on the lease, if we do have a couple move in the other bedroom they can use however they want (an office etc). It is pet friendly but we can only have 1 pet which that spot has been taken by my cat.
