I am renting out one room in Scarborough In a 2 bedroom house with garden, living room and separate dining room. The house has a double garage and aircon. Home will be fully furnished, your room has a mirror, small cupboard to hang clothes and one chest of drawers- I can also provide a bed if required 😊
The pictures do not do the house justice at the moment as the home will be fully furnished and renovated prior to move in date, kitchen, floors and blinds will be upgraded. I won’t have up to date pictures until November.
Perfect location! 15 minutes walk to the beach with cafes near by.
About me. I’m Niomi (32) from Scotland. I have just moved over from Sydney- where I have been for the last 10 years on and off. I have friends and family in Perth and I am relocating to be closer to them and for a new job- I am workibt full time 😊
I have a 4 year old Am Staff named Frankie, who is very friendly and house trained.
