The furnished room is available I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Room comes with a bed, small built in robe. Also has a queen bed in it. Linen can be provided if needed. There is also a tall boy available is someone would like to use this as well. The three bedrooms are at the other end of the house from mine. There is also a small room outside 2 of them that can be used. The bathroom is next door to the rooms. I have my own bathroom.

2 minute walk to bus, 5 minute drive to Train Station. Close to shops. Parks close by. 5 minute walk to beach. There is also a school at the end of the street. The backyard is small I am trying to fix the reticulation atm. I have a spare fridge in the house for you to put your food in. There are also 3 gyms within a 2 minute drive and one about a 5 minute drive away so plenty of options
