The room is available now.
The house is a 3x2 on a quiet street, set back from the road.
I’m looking for a couple or a single to share the house, or for long as you like.
Your own bathroom and toilet are located right next to your room.
While you’re staying, I would like you to feel that this is home. It’s an easy-going place with a relaxing garden out the back.
The house is fully functional, including your linen and queen size bed. You can bring any furniture you own with you; any furniture that’s not used can be stored in the spare room.
There is off street parking included, close to public transport, and walking distance to Mirrabooka shops.
The room is a large bedroom, which has a built-in robe. The bedroom is located at the back of the house, to provide privacy for both.
The Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, a Queen size bed can be provided.
The bond is 4 weeks, which is broken down to:
2 weeks bond for damage (returned at the end of stay)
2 weeks rent in advance. (returned at the end of stay)
