Close to Mindarie and claytons beach 3 minute walk, from Marina, shops and all amenities.
Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, train station is 7 minutes by bus if transport is even an issue.
This is a lovely, clean and tidy town house in which you will feel comfortable and relaxed at home with your own private bathroom and decent sized bedroom large enough to fit a queen bed.
