I am 29 years old, from Canada but have been in perth for the past 4 years. I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment available from end of October as my current roommate is moving back to the East Coast! The room will be left with most of her furniture (king bed, clothes rack & some extra storage bits) but can be removed if you have your own or want to replace anything.

A bit about me - I work full time as a landscaper in Perth. I have a fairly active lifestyle, and try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. On weekends I like to catch up with friends and am part of a synchronized swimming team. Im not a huge drinker (creeping towards 30 and have really embraced my wholesome girl era). That said I do love a glass of wine while making dinner, and occasionally going out with girlfriends for a few drinks - it's all about balance! 😁

My home is my calm place, so it's a really important to me to have a roommate that respects the space and does their part with the household chores.
