Hey all! I have 1 single room for 160 weekly available for rent in this spacious 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom- 1 toilet house located in Marangaroo. (Bills are not included but it's only 80-120 every two months)
The bathroom was completely renovated only 2 weeks ago. There's plenty of space to park your car and the garden is huge too! There's working out equipment outside that you can use, kitchen is equipped with bread maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer.
I live here with a friend of mine and there are two girls too. We are pretty sociable and funny but also respect each other's privacy, we all work and are out most of the time. We easily organise to maintain the house nice and tidy for everyone!
FIFO, students, all welcome!
This is a strict non smoking- drugs house.

Two weeks bond plus one week in advance rent required before moving in. I'm ideally looking for long term tenants. Available to move in right away. Send through your details!
