I am looking for a respectful, clean, friendly person who has pride in where they live and doesn't expect a cook or cleaner ( expected to clean up when you are finished - not hours later or next day ) . If having company over, to clean up after them also . I do not want to have to ask twice for payments of bills when they are due . A courteous outgoing individual who likes to chat now and again, as well as keep to themselves is preferred . References would be an added bonus (but we will interview possible candidates and get a feel from there). Can supply a seperate fridge to keep food seperate.
