Description of the home

This house is for full-time students "only".

This is a peaceful, quiet and relaxed house. Besides myself, the housemates are all female students, who wish to share with a female only since the shared bathroom is female only. Everyone here is considerate, calm and respectful.

The living areas are spacious to spread out and relax. The house has central ducted air conditioning, for summer and winter use, and this is also ducted in the bedrooms. There are two large living areas, two dining areas, spacious kitchen, a separate laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, garment steamer, iron etc.

Curtin & Murdoch Uni students choose to stay here. Surprisingly, it's only 36 mins by bus to UWA in peak hours. A direct bus from the city stops nearby, and buses to Curtin University and Canning bridge train station also stop close by, and come every 5 minutes (in peak hours) and 20 minutes(off peak). There are two newish ladies bicycles here which you can use. If you don't have a car, we can take you grocery shopping.

Manning is a safe suburb, with a decent neighbourhood, but the house has additional security features - CCTV system for the outsides, alarm, and a video intercom for the front door and more. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, easy access to public transport, Waterford Plaza, Manning shops, weekend farmers markets, cafes and restaurants, grocery shops and takeaway places, walk trails and parks, ponds with duckies and more.

The WiFi is strong and unlimited - min 200Mbps in peak time.

We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment.... But it will not suit couples, employees who are not full time students, people with furniture, kids or pet owners (really sorry). The rooms are single occupancy so no partners or friends staying over.

This house is mainly suited for quieter students who take their studies seriously. If you are a current or future student, you can inquire now. A Minimum stay of 12 months is necessary to create a stable environment without housemates coming and going every few months.
