Cosy, quiet home in the heart of Leederville. The house is a 3 x 1, with a large backyard and plenty of street parking. Theres lots of cute cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the CBD is not too far either!
The room for rent is pretty spacious at 3.6 x 4.4m, and is unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I’m currently using the 3rd room as a storage space, you are welcome to store stuff here too ☺️
