If you have a green thumb, you’re welcome to enjoy the garden bed out front. The backyard is all sand, but you can customize the back patio to make it your own.

The house is conveniently located:
- 3-minute drive to Belmont Forum
- 16-minute drive to Perth CBD
- 7-10 minute drive to the airport/DFO

Rent is $460 per week, which is $230 each. Alternatively, you can rent for $300 per week, including bills (water, internet, and electricity). There's an extra fridge available if you need it. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. The house also includes a top loader washing machine and a bath/shower combo.

I’m looking for one other female to share the 3x1 with me, while the third room will be used as a spare or for storage. I’m a homebody, rarely drink, and never do drugs. I work close to home and love reading and playing games.
